Available for first-time homebuyers with a household income less than 80% of area median income.

- By checking your eligibility at www.IdaMortgage.com, you will also receive a referral to a participating lender who will assist you through the loan process.
- Once you have found the perfect home and received your IdaMortgage loan at a low 30-year, fixed-rate, you will move into your home.
